    VOKIZ has set up a complete of QA and QC system, so as to improve the mini electric bike or electric scooter products quality.

    Incoming Quality Control

    *the raw materials inspection:

    vokiz will do inspection for battery, adapter, frame, motherboard and spare-parts, so as to ensure the mini electric bike raw materials quality

    In-Process Quality Control

    Before mass production, vokiz's engineer will make the sample and test first, once all the functions testing is passed. The VOKIZ production line will start assemble for mass order.

    Final Quality Control

    Once the mini electric bike or electric scooter assemble are finished, VOKIZ's QC team will do 100% testing for finished products once again. The testing which will include the function , housing, braking, headlight, etc. if there are any defects, it will be re-group and re-adjust until all of the indicators are qualified.

    Out-going Quality Control

    Before package, VOKIZ's QC team will do QC once again for the mini electric bike or electric scooter. the items include the surface inspection, user manual and spare-parts which will put into the carton box.

    if need LG, Samsung, Sony, or Panasonic lithium battery, it can be customized with additional cost.

    yes, it is waterproof and anti-splash, anti-dust.

    In theory, it could meet the standard IP67.but our official announces IP54.

    * What are the frame materials of the VOKIZ V1 14inch ZHEDIEMINI electric bike? if it is easy to get rusty?

    The VOKIZ V1 ZHEDIEMINI electric bike main frame with aluminum alloy material, not iron. the splash guard with plastic material. and a few screws with iron material or zinc alloy material. besides this, if with the iron material screw, it is with black color painting for anti-rust.
